Insurance and pricing
Most commercial insurance plans are accepted. If you’d rather skip the insurance process, self-pay is straightforward and predictable.
Insurance we accept
We work with most commercial insurance plans, including:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Oscar
- Oxford
- United Healthcare
- Optum affiliates
Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted at this time. Coverage depends on your specific plan, your provider, and your state — that’s worth checking fresh each time you start care, rather than assuming last year’s coverage still applies. Our team verifies your exact benefits before your visit is confirmed, usually within one hour during business hours.
Self-pay pricing
Initial session
$350A first session that may include a fuller review, intake, and care planning.
Returning sessions
$200Follow-up care after your initial visit.
Self-pay is a good fit if you don’t have commercial insurance, prefer not to use it, or want to get started without waiting on a benefits check.
What patients say about insurance
“The insurance verification happened before my visit, so there were no surprise costs. That alone made this worth it.”
“I wasn’t sure my plan would cover it. They checked and confirmed everything within the hour, exactly like they said.”
“Went the self-pay route since I was between plans. Pricing was clear upfront, no surprises on the bill.”
Frequently asked questions
How does insurance verification work?
After you choose a provider and time, our team verifies your commercial insurance benefits — typically within one hour during business hours — and confirms your appointment once that’s done.
What if my insurance isn’t accepted?
You can still be seen through self-pay. We’ll let you know your options before anything is charged.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
Not at this time. We accept most commercial insurance plans and self-pay.
Will I know my cost before my visit?
Yes. Our team explains any expected costs before your visit is confirmed, whether you’re using insurance or self-pay.
